At URBANFITS, we take quality seriously. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to manufacturing faults only.
- No size exchange is allowed, as each product is provided with a detailed measurement chart for reference. Customers are advised to check measurements carefully before placing an order.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange request after 7 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- All original tags and internal labels must be intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests can be made only if the order is still in processing status.
- Once the order status shows “Shipment in process”, the order has already been processed at our warehouse and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on URBANFITS.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been updated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe your refund has not been processed:
- First, check your email for store credit confirmation
- Then, review your account or order history
If the issue persists, please contact URBANFITS support with your order reference.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns or refunds (as per policy).
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

URBANFITS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions and to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
